Whether you are a wife, a mother, a professional woman, or a student, you will be equipped with simple techniques and methods to strengthen your overall mental wellbeing, develop your resilience, increase your sense of self-worth and be empowered to realise your unique potential. Also, by joining, you will also be part of a private online group where event participants will be able to connect with other group members, receive event updates and share uplifting content.

The programme
Refreshed! coaching sessions follow a holistic approach. Uniquely designed from mental well-being proven principles, inspired by Bible truths, the programme covers essential components to help build up women's physical, mental and spiritual health.

Week 1 PRAISE – What are you grateful for?
PRAYER – A honest, meaningful conversation with God
Week 2 PROMISES (in the Bible) – Spot these bright lights shining in the darkness
POSITIVE PEOPLE – Who are your cheerleaders & accountability partners?
Week 3 PARTICIPATION – Discover the joy of investing in others
PARDON – Healing past wounds is a key step toward peace and freedom
Week 4 PHYSICAL EXERCISE – Your natural fitness coach
PAUSE – It’s time to take a break and recharge your batteries
Week 5 PROVISIONS – “What-you-eat-and-when-you-eat” game-changer tips
PERFORMANCE – Brain health food and training to improve your performance
Week 6 PERSPECTIVE – Identify and counteract the ANTs invading your mind and stealing your joy
PURPOSE – So what now? (Re)write your life mission statement and action plan
The host
The coaching sessions will be presented and facilitated by Clarisse Elysée, ACC Certified Coach, Certified Brain Health Coach, and Mental Wellbeing Coach.
Dates
By default, the group coaching sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (GMT), starting Tuesday 7th February 2023, for six consecutive weeks.

Registration
"Refreshed! weekly" is a donation-based event that includes six online sessions. Although there is no minimum amount, please remember that UPLIFT MINISTRIES (UK) is an independent ministry that relies on paying services and donations to coach and teach people about Mental Health according to the Salvation message in Christ. Thank you in advance for your generous contribution.

Practical details ​

Once you register and make your donation, you will receive a Zoom link and a reminder email a few days before the programme starts.

You will receive after each session a worksheet and summary notes to help you cement your learnings.
